Please read these Contest Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully. By entering the Contest, you and your parent or legal guardian agree to these Terms.
The contest ("Contest") is sponsored by Cartwheel Computer, Inc. ("Sponsor"), headquartered in California.
This Contest is open to children aged 5 to 12 years who are legal residents of California ("Participants"). All Participants must have explicit parental or legal guardian consent to enter the Contest. Employees of Cartwheel Computer, Inc., their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
The Contest begins on December 16, 2024 at 12:01am Pacific Time and ends on January 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time ("Entry Period"). All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible.
Participants may enter the Contest by having a parent register for the Contest online, and submitting an entry before the due date. Participants may submit one entry in each category, but are eligible for a maximum of one prize.
A signed Parental Consent Form must accompany each entry. By signing, parents or legal guardians acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the Participant.
Entries will be judged by a panel of employees at Cartwheel Computer, Inc. based on creativity, originality, quality, effort, and adherence to the instructions.
The decisions of the judging panel are final and binding.
The fifty (50) winners will each receive a $50 LEGO gift card ("Prize"). The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for another item. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the advertised Prize becomes unavailable. Participants can win a maximum of one prize.
Parents of winners will be notified by email by February 15, 2025. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
By entering, Participants and their parents or legal guardians release and hold harmless Cartwheel Computer, Inc., its affiliates, and employees from any and all liability or claims arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize.
Sponsor will collect personal information solely for the purpose of administering this Contest and will not share such information with third parties except as necessary for Contest administration.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from the Contest will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
